Deep Tissue Massage
The objective of my therapeutic work is to provide specific, goal-focused massage that includes re-balancing muscle groups by correcting tight force lines in order to reduce pain and dysfunction.
Swedish Relaxation Massage
The goal of my relaxing massage is to provide soothing, nurturing work that encourages the parasympathetic nervous system to engage and find that deep restful place.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in massage therapy with advanced training in deep tissue therapeutic massage.
- Ten years of massage experience in clinical, private and spa settings.
- Five years of experience working under the guidance of orthopedic and chiropractic doctors to treat car accident victims, workplace injuries, overuse injuries and sports injuries.
